Comet Chaff Cutter
Chetak machines are designed with double gear system to provide Two speeds. Slow speed & High Speed gear system will cut fodder in two sizes ¼” to ¾” & ¾” to 1½ ”. Gears are made of special graded steed material (S. G. Iron) Accurate machining of gears on gear hobbing machine to help quick change of gear & low noise level for long life trouble free performance. All steel metal parts are manufactured on automatic press machines to ensure their changeability of parts, entire assembly is done by Nuts & Bolts for shifting from one place to another place. Blade box is designed with ample space for very easy sharpening of the blades and maintained & to push chaff at safe distance & avoid accumulation. Blade bracket ‘T’ is made from S. G. Iron instead of fabrication to achieve consistency in the cutting of fodder. Ball bearing are fitted instead of angular pedestal bearing for longer life & proper alignment of the moving parts. No chance of injury or accident. Machine can be operated even by ladies, boys or girls in view of very high safety standard incorporated in the design.
